Creating Art with Nature for Kids

Surrounded by the spectacular Haus of Orbs garden at Springtime, this is a rare event not to be missed. Dharshi will take your child on a journey through the garden and guide them on how to connect with nature to create unique art with meaning.  Connecting to nature has the special ability to enhance creativity and children are most receptive to it! We will collect sticks, stones, leaves, berries and flowers to create our brushes and paints. Then the joy of making our paint begins with a lot of happy smashing. Once the brushes are made with twigs, leaves and other found objects; it will be time to create our masterpieces. In the past, when this event was run, it had been one spectacular, magical day for everyone because the process of making and creating with nature is a joy.

Your childs facilitator on this event is Dharshi de Silva who is a qualified teacher, artist and garden designer. All art materials will be supplied. Please inform of any dietary requirements for the vegan morning tea, which will be provided.Watch the video on what to expect!
